Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) Firearms Instruction

Weber Emergency Services provides Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) approved basic firearms instruction.

We have staff that are approved by MCOLES to provide both the mandatory classroom component of the Active Duty Firearms Standard, as well as live fire range training.

Weber Emergency Services is registered with the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) as an in-service training provider and is able to offer MCOLES Information and Tracking Network (MITN) credit for Michigan certified police officers to meet the annual requirements of the Active Duty Firearms Standard for Law Enforcement Officers.

Our instructors have over 15 years of experience with a variety of handguns and shotguns used in law enforcement.

In addition to the basic MCOLES course of fire, we can customize courses of fire and firearms training evolutions to reinforce basic shooting skills, as well as high-risk/low-frequency skills with an emphasis on safety and skill retention.

We can bring all necessary equipment, training props, and supplies to a classroom or shooting range of your choosing.
